目前现场安装的除尘系统都是单机运行,单台设备的工作状态均在本地进行显示,需要设备维护人员定期的进行巡查,无远程报警管理系统。导致设备维护任务重大,无预防性维护与监测。
At present,the dust removal systems installed on site all run in solo mode, the working status of a single device is displayed locally, regular inspections by equipment maintenance personnel are required, and there is no remote alarm management system.As a result,the equipment maintenance task is significant and there is no preventive maintenance and monitoring.

本方案设计基于客户现有的SCADA平台,结合UAS丰富的行业平台经验,通过运用工业知识融合互联网技术与数据科学,为客户打造卓越的设备在线监测应用解决方案。设备在线监测应用提供设备的状态监测、关键参数监测、能效管理、异常报警等服务。帮助管理人员全面、准确评估重要设备工作情况,协助技术人员评估关键设备的实时性能,为维护人员为设备维修保养提供数据支持。可有效降低设备运行能耗,提高设备运维效率,有效减少企业设备非计划停机,减少因为停机带来的产能损失,提高设备寿命,实现生产设备全生命周期健康管理,为企业带来显著的经济效益。
This scheme design is based on theexisting SCADA platform of customers. Combined with UAS rich industry platform experience, we will create excellent equipment online monitoring application solutions for customers through using industrial knowledge to integrate Internet technology and data science. The online monitoring application of equipment provides services including equipment status monitoring, key parameter monitoring, energy efficiency management and abnormal alarm, etc.These can assist management personnel to evaluate the working conditions of important equipment comprehensivelyand accurately,they can assist technicians to evaluate the real-time performance of key equipment, and provide data support to maintenance personnel for equipment maintenance.These can effectively reduce the energy consumption of equipment operation and improve the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance, effectively reduce the unplanned downtime of enterprise equipment and reduce the productivity loss caused by downtime,improve the service life of equipment, realize the health management of the whole life cycle of production equipment, and as well as bring remarkable economic benefits to enterprises.
